We strive to provide estimated shipping dates for our products. However, please note that these dates are best estimates from retailers and wholesalers we purchase from and may not be exact.

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your order, including style numbers, finish, and fabric choices.
You are responsible for ensuring that the merchandise will fit through your doorways, stairways, corridors, elevators, and similar areas. We will gladly provide the dimensions of any item upon request.
Fulfillment and Cancellation Due to Supplier Constraints
Fulfillment: While Designer Discount Club endeavors to provide all products listed on our platform, fulfillment of any order is subject to availability from our associated retailers or suppliers.
Cancellation Due to Unavailability: In the event that a product purchased by a customer is not available or cannot be fulfilled by our retailer or supplier for any reason, Designer Discount Club reserves the right to cancel the order.
Refund Processing: In the event of such cancellation due to product unavailability, Designer Discount Club will refund the full amount paid for the order. Please note that while we will initiate the refund immediately upon cancellation, the processing time for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may take between 10 to 15 business days, depending on various factors including the payment method used and the policies of the customer's banking institution.
Some of the furniture available through the Designer Discount Club may be made of natural materials. Color and grain variations in wood, leather, fossil stone, marble, and similar materials are natural and enhance the value of your furniture. We cannot ensure the matching of related pieces or various surface stains on the same piece. They may vary in grain, color, and texture. The actual product you receive may not be exactly as pictured.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but variations in natural materials are inherent and add to the unique character of each piece.
Manufacturers do not warrant or guarantee the durability, wearing quality, and fastness of color of fabrics, vinyls, or leathers.
Prop 65 Notice
Some products sold by Designer Discount Club may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. It is your responsibility to review any applicable product warnings and labels provided by the manufacturer. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and understand the potential risks associated with the use of these products as outlined by Prop 65.

All clearance merchandise is sold "AS-IS" and is not covered under any warranty. No refunds are available.

Cancellation, Returns and Damages
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us. We will let you know if the item can be canceled. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to account for credit card processing fees.
Returns: Return policy for items will be added to their respective quote (or Unlock). It is your responsibility to read and understand the return policy for every quote (or Unlock) before placing the order.
Special orders or custom orders cannot be canceled or returned. Please ensure your selection is accurate before placing the order.
We do not accept remorse returns. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In the event of damage during transit, you must contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
To file a damage claim, please provide the following:
- Pictures of the packaging before it was opened.
- Pictures clearly showing the damage.
- A copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) with detailed notes regarding the damages.
We will work with you to do our best to help you with your returns in case of damage. Please note that failure to comply with these claim procedures may result in the denial of your claim.
