What happens if my order arrives damaged, or I need to return it?
You are buying the brand's own product, so the brand's return policy applies to it and is shown on your quote before you pay. For damage in transit, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the signed delivery paperwork, and we raise the claim with the brand under its terms. Special and custom orders cannot be returned, the same as at the store.
How is Designer Discount Club different from Design Broker?
Designer Discount Club membership is free, member pricing comes back on the exact piece you picked, checkout runs through Stripe with no service fee, and one cart works across over 400 top brands.
